Responsibilities
The community supervisor's main task is to engage and build a relationship based on trust with Super Indo Agent through several activities. Community Supervisor helps Super Indo Agent to be actively seeking customers to order through Super Indo app.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- Min. GPA of 3,00
- Have min. 1-year experience as Sales Area Manager or equivalent
- Prior knowledge of retail companies.
- Excellent in communication skill and ability to build a good relationship with others; active and communicative mindset
- Self-motivated and willing to take initiative to solve problems.
- Customer-oriented mind.
- Excellent in time management, planning, and organizing skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
