ResponsibilitiesRequirements
- Bachelor Degree in any major preferably in Psychology, certified in HR or OD would be an advantage
- An OD qualification, or equivalent professional knowledge gained through the significant experience (min 3-year working experiences) in the OD field
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with people at all levels, internally and externally, including presentation skills
- Effective planning and project management skills with the ability to set and work to meet deadlines
- Ability to work well independently as well as in a team
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Excellent in MS Office
