E-Commerce Operation Supervisor

Responsibilities
- Cooperation with MOD operating on line store (management ordering, picking, packing, delivery) and supervise the system runs well (web/dashboard).
- Ensure ecommerce team at store (Ecommerce picker & admin) and shopper from partner already following the SOP.
- Monitor and mentoring Ecommerce staff at store (Ecommerce Picker & Admin), including scheduling, on leave and over time.
- Follow up and solves customer complaint and problem related operating on line store.
- Cooperatives with related department (IT, Finance, Accounting, including vendor).
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from all major
- Preferably have an understanding SOP of retail supermarket (offline store)
- Experience of leading team
- Able to create plan and organizing
- Has capability of systematical thinking and leadership
- Customer oriented
- Good communication and interpersonal skill, able to communicate with all levels
- High flexibility and mobile
- Technology Savvy, candidates who understand mobile application development will be preferred
- Understanding MS Office especially Excel
