Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop communication with potential investors to become franchisee & maintain good relationship with existing franchisee.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree any major, from reputable university
  • Min. GPA 3.00
  • Training of retail management will be an advantage.
  • 3-4 years xperienced with investor relations, previous job in retail business will be an advantage.
  • Good knowledge in Franchise Scheme.

INVESTMENT ANALYST (IA-N09)

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and improve investment analysis to support business growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance from reputable university
  • Min. GPA 3.00
  • 2-3 years working experiences with at least 1 year experience in related field
  • Have financial model experience will be advantage
  • Strong in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
  • Excellent in analytical skills and communication
  • Strong leadership and good team player
  • Have knowledge in Retail or FMCG will be advantage

TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER (PM – N09)

Responsibilities

  • He/she will be responsible to design projects by considering the best of quality, time & cost, from planning, execution and closing phase

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree from Engineering (Civil/Construction/Structural)
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in similar responsibility and in retail industry is more preferable
  • Strong understanding of engineering problems (civil, mechanics, electrical, plumbing, refrigerators, etc)
  • Good communication skill, both in English
  • Placement: JAKARTA

IT FUNCTIONAL FINANCE (JUNIOR MANAGER LEVEL) (ITFF – N09)

Responsibilities

  • The primary focus of this position is the support the maintenance of the system Finance, Accounting and Tax system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information System/computer science or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Two to five years Functional Analyst or specialist experience.
  • One to two years of project management experience.
  • Systems implementation experience.
  • Ability to execute plans and meet project objectives. Strong operational aptitude with the ability to lead discussions, articulating the business value of a technology solution.
  • System Design Documentation Method using tools e.g SPARK, Enterprise Architecture.
  • Familiar with various of use case diagram
  • Database relation documentation

IT INTERNSHIP – PROJECT BASED (ITIN – N09)

Requirements

  • Candidate must be at least in 7th semester/fresh graduate in Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer Engineering
  • GPA min 3.00
  • Familiar with programming in Mysql & PostgreSQL
  • Familiar with web programming in Ruby on Rails, Phyton, & Java framework
  • Able to customize Redmine & OpenProject (open source Project Management)
  • Able to do document projects based on Software Development Lifecycle

Requirements

  • Bachelor/Masters degree: Psychology/Profession Psychology

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting high-level executives and management. He/She should have ability to analyze report such as weekly reports, monthly reports, and gathering data into creating the recapitulation reports; provides administrative support and performs numerous duties.

  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree: any major
