Requirements

LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (LRM-N08)

Requirements

  • Working experience: at least 3-5 years experience in Training and Development field: developing training plan for any level, training modules development, training delivery and result evaluation
  • Strong knowledge in Competency Based Human Resources and Change Management Implementation

ENGLISH TRAINER SUB DEPT HEAD – (ENG N08)

Responsibilities

  • The job of English Trainer is established for the effective development, coordination and presentation of English learning program for all associates. He/she assesses linguistics needs by identifying and arranging suitable language solutions for associates. He/she also actively searches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to educate, enhance and recognize English performance. The main responsibility of the English Trainer is to help the associates understand English, speak it and be able to write and read it, mainly for a business purpose. The duties will range from the designing the coursework, preparation of course, planning of classes, and the monitoring of trainees development. On top of this, the post will also have to arrange any extracurricular activities and set targets for trainees for ensuring progressive results of each learner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in English Literature, Communication from international class institution; or any major with significant exposure in teaching English for professional adult learner, with at least 3-year teaching equivalent.
  • CELTA certification would be another advantage.
  • Bilingual in English; fluent in other world languages is a plus
  • Fundamental linguistic literature concepts; high TOEFL/IELTS score will be preferred

TALENT MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT HEAD (TMD – N08)

Responsibilities

  • Talent Management Manager aims to drives business results by leading the Talent Management function for the global business result. Partnering with management to set strategy and create/deploy plans building talent and functional capability, the position utilizes Talent Management process to assess, diagnose, design, and deliver custom solutions needed to optimize talent management and enhance organizational effectiveness to achieve business objectives. Talent Management Manager is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of effective talent management programs and processes aligned with the ongoing needs and goals of the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources Organizational Development experience, preferably in a retail environment Certification in Human Resource and/or Talent Management will be an advantage

Requirements

  • Have experience handle Human Resources in managerial level minimal 3 years

Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree: any major
  • Broad knowledge of Indonesia retail industry especially food retailing modern market.
  • Have good knowledge and understanding of Category Management process and business strategy.
  • Understand the basic principle analysis using BCG matrix.
  • Able to take detail and large data reports and interpret them to turn them into concise, actionable insight.
  • Competent with standard suites of commercial computing software packages and able to adapt to using new software for interrogate databases.
  • Writing, profiling, editing and communicating in English.
  • Experience: Over five years as Category Managers, Merchandisers, Buyers or Business Analyst that dealing with databases/data management, reporting and analysis at retail, manufacture or distribution company/consultancy.

BUYING SPECIALIST - SURABAYA (BUY-N08)

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree any major, minimum GPA 3,00 from reputable university
  • Fresh graduate of 1 year experience in retail project is an advantage

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • He/she will be responsible to create regular reports to the management.

  • 1-2 years working experience in multinational professional services firm
  • Excellent command at using Microsoft Excel and Power Point

BUDGET COORDINATOR SUB DEPT HEAD (BUD – N08)

Responsibilities

  • To have marketing division budget updated through the year including making adjustment and reporting, to provide budget service management to budget cost center owner (dept. heads) in the marketing divisions.
  • He/she will also have a role as brochure coordinator, to work directly with dept heads in buying division and assigned design team within marketing to make sure Brochure Hemat and Sisipan for GO/ Relaunch is work in progress and completed on timeline manner, follow weekly schedule and agreed deadline.
  • He/she also provide support to buying and marketing team, in the work in progress and completion of seasonal hampers project.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree: Accounting, min GPA 3.00 from reputable university
  • Extremely strong in number, detail oriented

LOGISTIC & INTEGRATION DEPARTMENT HEAD (LID-N09)

Responsibilities

  • Calculating DC Fee for each vendor who distribute freight via DC.
  • Monitoring & evaluate plan for Service level supplier in related to Fee charging.
  • Managing meetings with vendor related to negotiation of DC Fee
  • Set Up DC Centralization Items to have benefit for superindo.
  • Weekly reporting for DC Fee Performance to VP Buying and Logistics.
  • Cross functional work with buyer for the total relationship in partnership with a vendor.
  • Develop sustainable department by establish of working process, record and register for SOP of Logistics Integration.
  • Yearly review for DC Fee to each vendor.

Responsibilities

  • This role supports overall corporate communications strategy, to create positive perceptions amongst stakeholders and provide compelling messages and stories to create awareness and impact about customers issues within Indonesia and Group. Works with communications colleagues across the Group to ensure Super Indo context and sub-text is applied to Corporate messaging tailoring content to local media and other channels. Manages Super Indo media relations and provides support to Department Head of Corporate Communications and team on events, publishing and print production, ensuring adherence to corporate standards and design, includes media channels maintenance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree: any major
  • Professional in mass communication or social science qualification would be desirable.
  • Experience of having successfully developed, managed and implemented communications programmers aligned to the organization’s corporate objectives.
  • Experience of delivering high quality form of communications in all channels (printed & electronic) both internal and external.
  • Proven ability to design, develop and implement both communications and strategic programs and supporting tactics.

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in silimiar responsibility and in retail industry is more preferable

Requirements

  • Age 25-35 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma of Architecture Engineering or Civil Engineering
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Architecture Consultant and/or Retail Company is an advantage
  • Familiar with AutoCAD and Sketch Up and its implementation
  • Good drawing skill
