Requirements

  • Bachelor degree: any major
  • Broad knowledge of Indonesia retail industry especially food retailing modern market.
  • Have good knowledge and understanding of Category Management process and business strategy.
  • Understand the basic principle analysis using BCG matrix.
  • Able to take detail and large data reports and interpret them to turn them into concise, actionable insight.
  • Competent with standard suites of commercial computing software packages and able to adapt to using new software for interrogate databases.
  • Writing, profiling, editing and communicating in English.

TAX DEPARTMENT HEAD (TAX-N12)

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree: Economy/Management/Finance/ Accounting/ Banking
  • Working experience: at least 5-6 years experience in tax, as a tax auditor will be an advantage
  • Good communication skill in English (spoken and written)
  • Good analytical and conceptual thinking

BUDGET CONTROLLING (RCS-N12)

Responsibilities

  • He/she will be responsible to create regular reports to the management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance from reputable university

  • Have financial model experience will be advantage

MARKETING SUPPORT & CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT (MS – N12)

Responsibilities

  • The incumbent will responsible to perform budget control, monthly variance analysis, and ad-hoc projects. Deliver an analytical perspective to guide business decisions, maintain forecast and budgeting model and drive process improvement. He/She will critically analyze business processes and seek for continuous improvement, including the identification of potential risk and opportunities.
  • Develop SOP to streamline business work flow and its procedure, including but not limited to document business processes, define scopes and objectives, devise or modify workflow as business’ need to solve problems and increase efficiency. He/she will work closely within marketing departments and with other department to ensure. Analyze massive unstructured customer data for CRM insights and key trends, and communicate key insights from the data analyzed to management. He/she also will develop efficient big data system management, report and implement action plan.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree : Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

TENANCY SUB DEPARTMENT HEAD (TEN - N12)

Responsibilities

  • The responsibility is to ensure that all tenancy areas as well as other potential store areas bring optimum other income for the stores and thus, increasing the store’s bottom line profitability. This is to be achieved by managing tenancy process as well as occupancy rate in efficient and effective manner.

Requirements

  • Gather data and information for data analysis in reviewing new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and organize database of stores and partners for initial allocation and business offering.
  • Analyze database of stores and partners to support identification of new opportunities and partners.
  • Communicate with potential new tenants or partners, including follow up offerings.
  • Coordinate with other departments for new processes and system related to new types of transaction or arrangements related to new businesses.

Requirements

PROJECT MANAGER (PM-N12)

Responsibilities

  • He/she will be responsible to design projects by considering the bet of quality, time & cost, from planning, execution and closing phase

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in silimiar responsibility and in retail industry is more preferable

DRAFTER (DRA – N12)

Requirements

  • Diploma of Architecture Engineering or Civil Engineering
  • Age 25-35 years old
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Architecture Consultant and/or Retail Company is an advantage
  • Familiar with AutoCAD and Sketch Up and its implementation
  • Good drawing skill

Requirements

Requirements

CORPORATE INTERNAL CONTROL MANAGER (CIC – N12)

Responsibilities

  • Independently plans, leads, executes and is responsible for conducting review engagements in which all relevant risks are assessed through substantive and control-based testing in an efficient manner to determine completeness, accuracy, validity and restricted access and/or effectiveness of the control environment. Counsel management with the development of controls in an advisory capacity and advice, reviews and analyzes industry, IT, business, and “best practices”, continues to develop and expands the use of internationally accepted practices.

Requirements

  • 3 years experience in professional auditing, accounting firms combined as Audit Supervisor. Has experience in FMCG/retail/logistic is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational analytical skills and problem/conflict solving abilities in addition to project management and supervisory skills. Possessing the propensity for leadership with excellent supervisory and leadership skills while functioning as a strong and effective team player.
  • Possess high ethical standards, level of commitment and ability to cope with complexity and change. Able to focus on details, but with overall business understanding and perspective.
  • Working technical knowledge of IIA’s IPPF, ISA, GAAPs & IFRS, taxation, COSO, COBIT, PCAOB, risk & controls standards, and business process best practice.
  • Strong technical knowledge in computer operation, network system, financial and productivity applications. Experience in using data mining and audit software is an advantage

IT SECURITY & QUALITY MANAGER (ITSC – N12)

Responsibilities

  • A Information Security & Quality Specialist will define IT security & Quality standards, IT security & Quality procedures, IT Security & Quality roadmap, IT security & Quality governance, and IT risks management. He/she will also liase with group IT (Ahold Delhaize) security policy & Audit and ensure the application of it.
  • Responsible to define and implement IT Security & Quality Management System.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree: Information System/computer science or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Certified Ethical Hacking (CEH) and Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) would be an advantage.
  • Experience in practicing ISO 27001 Standard international about IT security). Involvement in ISO 27001 development is preferable.
  • Have implemented “Security Information & Event Management” tool
  • Min 2-3 years experience in configuring Firewall
  • Has experiences in maintaining security on Cisco Network, Windows Server, Web Applications, and Windows Desktop

IT FUNCTIONAL HR (ITHR – N12)

Responsibilities

  • The primary focus of this position to supporting the maintenance of the human resource information system. The IT Functional HR also supports HRMS upgrades, patches, testing and other HR projects (technical related matter) as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree: Information System/computer science or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-3 years of HRIS or HR generalist or specialist experience and project management HR Systems implementation experience.
  • Ability to execute plans and meet project objectives.
  • Strong operational aptitude with the ability to lead discussions, articulating the business value of a technology solution.

PRIVATE BRAND SPECIALIST (PB – N12)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling Super Indo’s Private Label (365) issues. Selects the assortments, price, margin, product and price promotions, other income, buying, order and stock management. He/she is also responsible for developing any possibilities to find goods, reliable sources or build any possibilities to open new findings with direct import or other joint ventures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree: any major
  • Min. GPA 3.00
  • Min. 1 year experience in Import and Export
  • Having knowledge in private label in retail business will be advantage
  • Good command in English (spoken and written)
  • Good communication and negotiation skill

BUYING SPECIALIST (BUY – N12)

Responsibilities

  • Buyer source new source and review existing items and vendors to ensure products remain competitive in term of price, quality and availability.

Requirements
