Retail Management Trainee (RMT)

Requirements

IT Network Engineer (Net– N08)

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience as Network & Security Area
  • Experience in Active Directory, Router, Firewall, Anti Virus, Email Exchange, Cisco device
  • Familiar in Internet connection, LAN, W-LAN, WAN and VPN environment
  • Network or Security Certified Professional is an advantage

IT APPLICATION SUPPORT (ITAS-N08)

Responsibilities

  • Follow up support tickets from IT Helpdesk, delivering support to legacy system, investigating and resolving application errors, data discrepancies and queries within agreed Service Level Agreements.
  • Working with the Systems Analyst (L2) in identifying problem determination, workaround resolution and proposing application system changes, enhancements and developments.
  • Plan and SIT testing for new and modification to web application system with related teams.
  • Deployment of service releases, patches, requests and customizations.
  • Execute user Change Request from Operational support for generation of relevant data files, databases, reports, prints etc. in daily operations
  • Perform Month-End & Year End data closing per target set.
  • Documentation of the above activities and reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Information Technology / Computer Engineering from reputable University
  • Min. GPA 3.00
  • Min 2 years experience of Web Based Application Support.
  • Knowledge of web programming languages and development methodologies, SQL databases

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Broad knowledge of Indonesia retail industry especially food retailing modern market
  • Have good knowledge and understanding of Category Management process and business strategy
  • Understand the basic principle analysis using BCG matrix
  • Able to take detail and large data reports and interpret them to turn them into concise, actionable insight
  • Competent with standard suites of commercial computing software packages and able to adapt to using new software for interrogate databases
  • Writing, profiling, editing and communicating in English
  • Over five years as Category Managers, Merchandisers, Buyers or Business Analyst that dealing with databases/data management, reporting and analysis at retail, manufacture or distribution company/consultancy

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree from reputable university, majoring in Engineering, Business Management or Public relation (Master degree will be an advantage).

  • Has 2 years category/ retail buyer background or
  • Has 2 years experience as Account executive Media agency
  • Having organizational experience is preferable

Digital Communication & E-Commerce Department Head (DIG – N08)

Requirements

  • Bachelors' Degree of Design and Visual Communication (DKV); Marketing or Business Administration; Communication and/or Journalism
  • Minimum GPA 3.00
  • Minimum 5 years in managing the corporate, internal and social networking websites, online marketing experiences with basic knowledge in advertising and search engine optimization and coop with third party for marketing initiative

Responsibilities

  • Assure all obligation of tax payment comply to tax regulation
  • Always update / aware if any new tax regulation affect to aspects in company
  • Controlling & monitoring all aspects that related with taxation in company

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree: Economy/Management/Finance/ Accounting/ Banking
  • Working experience: at least 5-6 years experience in tax, as a tax auditor will be an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Talent Management Manager aims to drives business results by leading the Talent Management function for the global business result. Partnering with management to set strategy and create/deploy plans building talent and functional capability, the position utilizes Talent Management process to assess, diagnose, design, and deliver custom solutions needed to optimize talent management and enhance organizational effectiveness to achieve business objectives.
