ENGLISH TRAINER – (ENG N11)

Responsibilities

  • The job of English Trainer is established for the effective development, coordination and presentation of English learning program for all associates. He/she assesses linguistics needs by identifying and arranging suitable language solutions for associates. He/she also actively searches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to educate, enhance and recognize English performance. The main responsibility of the English Trainer is to help the associates understand English, speak it and be able to write and read it, mainly for a business purpose. The duties will range from the designing the coursework, preparation of course, planning of classes, and the monitoring of trainees development. On top of this, the post will also have to arrange any extracurricular activities and set targets for trainees for ensuring progressive results of each learner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in English Literature, Communication from international class institution; or any major with significant exposure in teaching English for professional adult learner, with at least 3-year teaching equivalent.
  • CELTA certification would be another advantage.
  • Bilingual in English; fluent in other world languages is a plus
  • Fundamental linguistic literature concepts; high TOEFL/IELTS score will be preferred

  • Class management and creativity in dealing with different learning styles

TALENT MANAGEMENT JUNIOR MANAGER (TMD – N11)

Responsibilities

  • Talent Management Manager aims to drives business results by leading the Talent Management function for the global business result. Partnering with management to set strategy and create/deploy plans building talent and functional capability, the position utilizes Talent Management process to assess, diagnose, design, and deliver custom solutions needed to optimize talent management and enhance organizational effectiveness to achieve business objectives. Talent Management Manager is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of effective talent management programs and processes aligned with the ongoing needs and goals of the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources Organizational Development experience, preferably in a retail environment Certification in Human Resource and/or Talent Management will be an advantage
  • Advanced knowledge in the organization development and behavioral-science

Requirements

  • Bachelor/Masters degree: Psychology/Profession Psychology

  • Well known about Psychological Test process and creating psychological report
  • Communications skills (Written and verbal) with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization; must be an exceptional listener.

LICENSE SPECIALIST FOR EAST JAVA (LIC – N11)

Responsibilities

  • He/she will conduct and monitor corporate legal activities and provides support as well as advices to the company related to legal issue with the intention to protect the importance and existence of the company.

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree: Law

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in managing the corporate, internal and social networking websites, online marketing experiences with basic knowledge in advertising and search engine optimization and coop with third party for marketing initiative

BUYING ANALYSIS MANAGER (BAN – N11)

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree: any major
  • Broad knowledge of Indonesia retail industry especially food retailing modern market.
  • Have good knowledge and understanding of Category Management process and business strategy.
  • Understand the basic principle analysis using BCG matrix.
  • Able to take detail and large data reports and interpret them to turn them into concise, actionable insight.
  • Competent with standard suites of commercial computing software packages and able to adapt to using new software for interrogate databases.
  • Writing, profiling, editing and communicating in English.
  • Experience: Over five years as Category Managers, Merchandisers, Buyers or Business Analyst that dealing with databases/data management, reporting and analysis at retail, manufacture or distribution company/consultancy.

TAX DEPARTMENT MANAGER (TAX-N11)

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree: Economy/Management/Finance/ Accounting/ Banking
  • Working experience: at least 5-6 years experience in tax, as a tax auditor will be an advantage
  • Good communication skill in English (spoken and written)
  • Good analytical and conceptual thinking

BUDGET CONTROLLING (RCS-N11)

Responsibilities

  • He/she will be responsible to create regular reports to the management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance from reputable university
  • Min. GPA 3,00
  • 1-2 years experiences with at least 1 year experience in KAP
  • Have financial model experience is an advantage

INVESTMENT ANALYST (IA-N11)

MARKETING SUPPORT & CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT (MS – N11)

Responsibilities

  • The incumbent will responsible to perform budget control, monthly variance analysis, and ad-hoc projects. Deliver an analytical perspective to guide business decisions, maintain forecast and budgeting model and drive process improvement. He/She will critically analyze business processes and seek for continuous improvement, including the identification of potential risk and opportunities.
  • Develop SOP to streamline business work flow and its procedure, including but not limited to document business processes, define scopes and objectives, devise or modify workflow as business’ need to solve problems and increase efficiency. He/she will work closely within marketing departments and with other department to ensure. Analyze massive unstructured customer data for CRM insights and key trends, and communicate key insights from the data analyzed to management. He/she also will develop efficient big data system management, report and implement action plan.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree : Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

CORPORATE COMMUNICATION MANAGER (COR – N11)

Responsibilities

  • This role supports overall corporate communications strategy, to create positive perceptions amongst stakeholders and provide compelling messages and stories to create awareness and impact about customers issues within Indonesia and Group. Works with communications colleagues across the Group to ensure Super Indo context and sub-text is applied to Corporate messaging tailoring content to local media and other channels. Manages Super Indo media relations and provides support to Department Head of Corporate Communications and team on events, publishing and print production, ensuring adherence to corporate standards and design, includes media channels maintenance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree: any major
  • Professional in mass communication or social science qualification would be desirable.
  • Experience of having successfully developed, managed and implemented communications programmers aligned to the organization’s corporate objectives.
  • Experience of delivering high quality form of communications in all channels (printed & electronic) both internal and external.
  • Proven ability to design, develop and implement both communications and strategic programs and supporting tactics.
  • Ability to understand technical and business concepts and express these concepts in clear, concise instructions.

PROJECT MANAGER (PM-N11)

Responsibilities

  • He/she will be responsible to design projects by considering the bet of quality, time & cost, from planning, execution and closing phase

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from Engineering (Civil/Construction/Structural)
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in silimiar responsibility and in retail industry is more preferable
  • Strong understanding of engineering problems (civil, mechanics, electrical, plumbing, refrigerators, etc)
  • Good communication skill, both in English & Bahasa

DRAFTER (DRA – N11)

Requirements

  • Age 25-35 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma of Architecture Engineering or Civil Engineering
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Architecture Consultant and/or Retail Company is an advantage
  • Familiar with AutoCAD and Sketch Up and its implementation
  • Good drawing skill

  • Mempunyai pengalaman sebagai satuan pengamanan minimal 1 tahun.

Requirements

  • Pendidikan terakhir minimal SMP
  • Usia maks 45 thn.
