Requirements

  • Fresh graduates (any major) or max. 2 years of working experiences
  • Min. GPA 3.00

  • Willing to be placed in Stores Jakarta during the program
  • Willing to be placed in all Stores with work-shift based

LEGAL DEPARTMENT HEAD (LED – N03)

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree: Law
  • Working experience: at least 5-6 years experience in managing Legal (Corporate, Commercial and Regulatory issue) and at least 3 years at managerial level
  • Strong capabilities in dealing with legal matters; agreements, laws and regulations that related to the business of the company, corporate documentations, etc
  • Good communication skill in English (spoken and written)

ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT DIVISION HEAD (ODH – N03)

Requirements

  • Bachelor and/or Master Degree with a specialization in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology preferred
  • Working experience : 5 - 7 years experience in organizational development (including recruitment and selection, people development, talent management and succession plan) ; experience in working effectively with leaders and associates at all levels of the organization
  • Depth understanding in business process and strategy
  • Expert in coaching, teaching, and providing feedback to leaders and associates for optimal growth and development of effective behaviors and practices
  • Good communications skills (written and verbal) with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization; excellent in English (spoken and written)
  • Able to handle multiple projects, priorities and problems simultaneously

SENIOR TRAINER (TRN- N03)

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree: any major
  • Working experience: at least 3-5 years experience in Training and Development field: developing training plan for any level, training modules development, training delivery and result evaluation
  • Strong knowledge in Competency Based Human Resources and Change Management Implementation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to travel (Mobile)

IT LEGACY INTEGRATION DIVISION HEAD (ITLEG – N03)

Requirements

  • Bachelor and/or Master degree: Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any other discipline of technical orientation
  • Working experience: at least 3-7 years in managing IT team (6+ preferred)
  • Very good working knowledge of Retail, HR, Finance & Controlling business processes
  • Clearly demonstrate expertise in project management, escalation, process management and business systems requirements definition
  • Effective in delivering presentations and running meetings
  • Understanding of potential impacts on cross functional processes
  • Hands on experience in: Microsoft .NET, SQL Server database, E-commerce knowledge, Project Management skill (PMP/ Prince2 certified) would be an advantage

BUYING FRESH DEPARTMENT HEAD (BFDH – N03)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
  • Understanding about retails business especially perishable products
  • Understanding about store operation knowledge
  • Understanding about their market and competitors
  • Have experience in retail and have network in sourcing

  • Well known about Psychological Test process and creating psychological report
  • Communications skills (Written and verbal) with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization; must be an exceptional listener.
  • Conceptual and analytical thinking to have the comprehensive perspective, yet the details of the recruitment process
  • Must have the ability to organize and prioritize to meet deadlines

Requirements

Social Media Planner & Strategy Specialist (ESM – N03)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree : Marketing and/or Communication major
  • Working experiences: at least 3-5 years in the ongoing maintenance of social media management and integration (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Foursquare, Pinterest, Youtube) and have deep knowledge with the features.
  • Experiences to work on multiple content providers (both data and creative) and management on validation and consolidate contents in scheduling.
  • A strong understanding of current marketing online and social media management best practices.
  • Able to handle news transition and alerts in multiple industries into social media content.
  • Strong coordination and planning, editorial writing, review and evaluation.
  • Understand marketing promotion, general buying terms, general knowledge of social media terminology, analytical tools usage and general social media practice.
  • Develop a comprehensive online marketing, social media strategy and daily editorial to manage, implement, evaluate and grow Super Indo digital communities.
  • Conjunct with 3rd parties (media, banking, education institution, practitioner, other companies) for event placement or co-promotion on the social media.

  • Research, evaluate and recommend most effective methods of communication with target audiences.

SUSTAINABILITY JUNIOR MANAGER (STJM – N03)

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree: any major
  • Working experience: at least 3 years in managing sustainability/corporate responsibility program/project
  • Strong knowledge of sustainability and able to define and implement suitable programs
  • This role will require travel to Company premises and sites, as well as other organizations and locations as required by the job.
