RETAIL MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (RMT-N09)

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates (any major) or max. 2 years of working experiences
  • Min. GPA 3.00
  • Interested in Store Career Management
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to be placed in Stores Jakarta during the program

LEGAL DIVISION HEAD (LEG DIV – N09)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree : Law
  • Five to ten years’ experience in positions of increasing and similar responsibility; retail business experience preferred
  • Real estate experience required, including experience in the procurement of operating licenses
  • Experience working in multinational corporate environment required; strong preference for experience with North American or Western European based company.
  • Good comprehension of laws and regulations applicable to Super Indo business

LEGAL DEPARTMENT HEAD (LED-N09)

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree: Law
  • Working experience: at least 5-6 years experience in managing Legal (Corporate, Commercial and Regulatory issue) and at least 3 years at managerial level
  • Strong capabilities in dealing with legal matters; agreements, laws and regulations that related to the business of the company, corporate documentations, etc
  • Good communication skill in English (spoken and written)

Organization Development Division Head (ODH – N09)

Requirements

  • Bachelor and/or Master Degree with a specialization in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology preferred
  • Working experience : 5 - 7 years experience in organizational development (including recruitment and selection, people development, talent management and succession plan) ; experience in working effectively with leaders and associates at all levels of the organization
  • Depth understanding in business process and strategy
  • Expert in coaching, teaching, and providing feedback to leaders and associates for optimal growth and development of effective behaviors and practices
  • Good communications skills (written and verbal) with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization; excellent in English (spoken and written)
  • Able to handle multiple projects, priorities and problems simultaneously

Senior Trainer (TRN-N09)

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree: any major
  • Working experience: at least 3-5 years experience in Training and Development field: developing training plan for any level, training modules development, training delivery and result evaluation
  • Strong knowledge in Competency Based Human Resources and Change Management Implementation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to travel (Mobile)

LEGACY INTEGRATION DIVISION HEAD (ITLEG – N09)

Requirements

  • Bachelor and/or Master degree: Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any other discipline of technical orientation
  • Working experience: at least 3-7 years in managing IT team (6+ preferred)
  • Very good working knowledge of Retail, HR, Finance & Controlling business processes
  • Clearly demonstrate expertise in project management, escalation, process management and business systems requirements definition
  • Effective in delivering presentations and running meetings
  • Understanding of potential impacts on cross functional processes
  • Hands on experience in:
  • o Microsoft .NET
  • o SQL Server database
  • o E-commerce knowledge
  • o Project Management skill (PMP/ Prince2 certified) would be an advantage

  • Bachelor Degree and/or Master Degree : Finance, Accounting, Business and/or Management, Industrial Engineering
  • Working experience : at least 3-5 years experience in related field
  • Strong knowledge & experience in management system, risk identification and risk management

BUDGET CONTROL DEPARTMENT HEAD (BUD – N09)

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree : Accounting/Finance from reputable university
  • Working experience: at least 5-6 years in related field and at least 3 years at managerial level

DC TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT HEAD (TRN – N09)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with any major, with strong background in analysis and various experiences in retail transportation.
  • Have experiences minimum five (5) years with similar responsibility in transportation segment.
  • Three (3) years’ experience responsible for a driver safety program

Requirements

IT OPERATION SERVICES HEAD (JUNIOR MANAGER LEVEL – N09)

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree : IT
  • Working experience : at least 2 years at managerial level in IT field
  • Familiar with Windows Server, SQL, and TCP/IP, Hardware & Networking system
  • Good Knowledge of project life cycles and project methodology

Requirements

  • Bachelor/Masters degree: Psychology/Profession Psychology
