RETAIL MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (RMT-N07)

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates (any major) or max. 2 years of working experiences
  • Min. GPA 3.00
  • Interested in Store Career Management

  • Willing to be placed in Stores Jakarta during the program
  • Willing to be placed in all Stores with work-shift based

ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT DIVISION HEAD (ODH – N07)

Requirements

  • Bachelor and/or Master Degree with a specialization in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology preferred
  • Working experience : 5 - 7 years experience in organizational development (including recruitment and selection, people development, talent management and succession plan) ; experience in working effectively with leaders and associates at all levels of the organization
  • Depth understanding in business process and strategy
  • Expert in coaching, teaching, and providing feedback to leaders and associates for optimal growth and development of effective behaviors and practices
  • Good communications skills (written and verbal) with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization; excellent in English (spoken and written)
  • Able to handle multiple projects, priorities and problems simultaneously
  • Highly skill in analyze and resolve problems with quick, efficient, and collaborative way

CORPORATE AUDIT DEPARTMENT HEAD (CRAU – N07)

Requirements

  • A Bachelor degree (S1) in Finance/Accounting, Master degree (S2) is an advantage.
  • Professional certification (CIA, CISA, CPA, CFE, CRMA) is preferred.
  • Working technical knowledge of GAAP, taxation, COSO, COBIT, PCAOB, risk & controls standards, and business process best practice.
  • 5+ years experience in professional auditing, including a minimum of 3 years of progressive work experience in Big 4 accounting firms. A minimum of 2 years of audit work experience in FMCG/retail/logistic MNC is an advantage.
  • Strong technical knowledge in computer operation, network system, financial and productivity applications. Experience in using data mining and audit software is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational analytical skills and problem/conflict solving abilities in addition to project management and managerial skills. Possessing the propensity for leadership with excellent supervisory and leadership skills while functioning as a strong and effective team player.
  • Adaptable, autonomous, independent and self-confident with an ability to accept and respond to changes in a positive manner.
  • Possess high ethical standards, level of commitment and ability to cope with complexity and change. Able to focus on details, but with overall business understanding and perspective.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills and successful experience in achieving results through influencing and motivating people in a complex environment required.
  • Able to provide sound project management, interact effectively with others within the Company, and comfortable in presenting findings, status, and recommendations in a professional manner to various audiences.
  • Flexible and able to manage, coordinate, plan and monitor multiple projects with aggressive deadlines in a fast paced environment along with evolving priorities and keep the Division Head Internal Audit informed of status and progress.

SENIOR TRAINER (TRN- N07)

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree: any major
  • Working experience: at least 3-5 years experience in Training and Development field: developing training plan for any level, training modules development, training delivery and result evaluation
  • Strong knowledge in Competency Based Human Resources and Change Management Implementation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to travel (Mobile)

IT LEGACY INTEGRATION DIVISION HEAD (ITLEG – N07)

Requirements

  • Bachelor and/or Master degree: Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any other discipline of technical orientation
  • Working experience: at least 3-7 years in managing IT team (6+ preferred)
  • Very good working knowledge of Retail, HR, Finance & Controlling business processes
  • Clearly demonstrate expertise in project management, escalation, process management and business systems requirements definition
  • Effective in delivering presentations and running meetings
  • Understanding of potential impacts on cross functional processes
  • Hands on experience in: Microsoft .NET, SQL Server database, E-commerce knowledge, Project Management skill (PMP/ Prince2 certified) would be an advantage

INVESTMENT ANALYST DEPARTMENT HEAD (FPA- N07)

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree: Finance/Accounting
  • Fresh graduate or 5-7 years of working experience in related fields or at managerial level

  • Good analytical & systematical thinking

TAX DEPARTMENT HEAD (TAX – N07)

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree: Economy/Management/Finance/ Accounting/ Banking
  • Working experience: at least 5-6 years experience in tax, as a tax auditor will be an advantage

PROMOTION AND COMMUNICATION DEPARTMENT HEAD (PCDH – N07)

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree of any major with minimum 5 years of experience in similar responsibility. Master degree is welcome.

  • Has knowledge in Media communication relation and specification
  • Report Writing
  • Fluent in English (for speaking, reading and writing)

DIGITAL COMM & E-COMMERCE DEPARTMENT HEAD (DCE – N07)

Requirements

  • Bachelors' Degree of Design and Visual Communication (DKV); Marketing or Business Administration; Communication and/or Journalism
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Minimum 5 years in managing the corporate, internal and social networking websites, online marketing experiences with basic knowledge in advertising and search engine optimization and coop with third party for marketing initiative
  • Very detail oriented, cross functional thinking, well-organized, excellent writer and good presenter

Requirements

  • Able to design, analyze, and draw M/E & P drawing
