LEARNING MANAGER (LRM-N04)

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree: any major
  • Working experience: at least 3-5 years experience in Training and Development field: developing training plan for any level, training modules development, training delivery and result evaluation
  • Strong knowledge in Competency Based Human Resources and Change Management Implementation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to travel (Mobile)

OD ANALYST (JR. MANAGER LEVEL) – (ODT N04)

Requirements

  • OD Analyst will contribute to the design and delivery of people and organizational development strategies and the management of change in support of the organization’s strategic and operational plans, providing information, advice and services as required. Working with teams across the company to support a program of continuous organizational performance improvement which helps the Fund achieve its ambition of becoming a high performing organization. He/she will enhance the capability of the existing HR team to support both existing and future initiatives and to help shape and deliver an ongoing programme of organizational improvement. rvices as required.   • Bachelor Degree any major preferably in Psychology, HR Management, certified in HR and OD would be an advantage.
  • An OD qualification, or equivalent professional knowledge gained through the significant experience (3 – 5 working experiences) as an OD specialist or as an HR generalist with an OD focus.
  • Able to demonstrate up to date knowledge of theory and good practice in key areas: (1) Organization development particularly around change management and developing organizational culture; (2) Learning & Development, particularly management development and talent management
  • Excellent influencing and interpersonal and communication skills with people at all levels, internally and externally, including presentation skills
  • Strong coaching/mentoring skills
  • Effective planning and project management skills with the ability to set and work to (personal, team and Fund) deadlines
  • The ability to engage, conduct diagnosis, analyze findings, generate options and build commitment to solutions
  • Organization development particularly around change management and developing organizational culture

ENGLISH TRAINER (JR. MANAGER LEVEL) – (ENG N04)

Requirements

  • The job of English Trainer is established for the effective development, coordination and presentation of English learning program for all associates. He/she assesses linguistics needs by identifying and arranging suitable language solutions for associates. He/she also actively searches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to educate, enhance and recognize English performance. The main responsibility of the English Trainer is to help the associates understand English, speak it and be able to write and read it, mainly for a business purpose. The duties will range from the designing the coursework, preparation of course, planning of classes, and the monitoring of trainees development. On top of this, the post will also have to arrange any extracurricular activities and set targets for trainees for ensuring progressive results of each learner.
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in English Literature, Communication from international class institution; or any major with significant exposure in teaching English for professional adult learner, with at least 3-year teaching equivalent.
  • CELTA certification would be another advantage.
  • Bilingual in English; fluent in other world languages is a plus
  • Fundamental linguistic literature concepts; high TOEFL/IELTS score will be preferred

TRAINER SUPERVISOR (TRN-N04)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree of Any Major

HR SYSTEM & PERSONNEL SUB DEPT HEAD (HRSP-N04)

Requirements

  • Have experience handle Human Resources in managerial level minimal 3 years
  • Good knowledge of employment law
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Knowledge of computerized information systems used in human resources applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
  • Ability to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
  • Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule
  • Have strong analytical thinking and problem solving.

HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER – EAST JAVA (HBP-N04)

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Psychology, with GPA min. 3.00
  • Working experience: min 2 years as HR Generalist
  • Able to conduct Learning Needs Analysis, Module Development, and Learning Implementation; also familiar with e-learning system
  • Able to administered psychological test tools and handling classical test
  • Experienced in employee relation or industrial relation, including with third parties
  • Experienced in HR related matters, such as absenteeism, over time, leave, etc
  • Strong at Communication Skills, class Management and presentation skills

TALENT MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT HEAD (TMD – N04)

Requirements

  • Talent Management Manager aims to drives business results by leading the Talent Management function for the global business result. Partnering with management to set strategy and create/deploy plans building talent and functional capability, the position utilizes Talent Management process to assess, diagnose, design, and deliver custom solutions needed to optimize talent management and enhance organizational effectiveness to achieve business objectives. Talent Management Manager is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of effective talent management programs and processes aligned with the ongoing needs and goals of the organization.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources Organizational Development experience, preferably in a retail environment Certification in Human Resource and/or Talent Management will be an advantage

DIGITAL COMMUNICATION & E-COMMERCE DEPARTMENT HEAD (E-COM-N04)

Requirements

  • Bachelors' Degree of Design and Visual Communication (DKV); Marketing or Business Administration; Communication and/or Journalism
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Minimum 5 years in managing the corporate, internal and social networking websites, online marketing experiences with basic knowledge in advertising and search engine optimization and coop with third party for marketing initiative

STORE ACTIVITY JUNIOR MANAGER (STY – N04)

Requirements

  • The job description of Store Activity Junior Manager is to formulate the store activity detail according to set budget and thematic that will be highlight on that specific month within a year, with budget management set by the year, and reporting for each event for evaluation and improvement. The main responsibility of Store Activity Junior Manager is to make sure all store activities are implemented according to timeline and budget set, with report that is detail and comprehensive, to monitoring and improvement.
  • Degree from reputable university, min GPA 3 (scale 4) any major. Master degree will be an advantage.
  • Have minimum 2 years as marketing/event coordinator; Have exposure in handling budget is more preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Bahasa; fluent in other world languages is a plus.
  • Good analytical skills and preferably proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Team-player with advanced communication & negotiation skills.
  • Good-planner with strict timeline and able to do multi-tasks at almost the same time.

HEAD OF BRAND DEVELOPMENT– (BRD-N04)

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree from reputable university, min GPA 3 majoring in Engineering, Business Management or Public relation (Master degree will be an advantage).
  • Has 2 years category/ retail buyer background or
  • Has 2 years experience as Account executive Media agency
  • Having organizational experience is preferable

TAX DEPARTMENT HEAD (TAX-N04)

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree: Economy/Management/Finance/ Accounting/ Banking
  • Working experience: at least 5-6 years experience in tax, as a tax auditor will be an advantage
  • Good communication skill in English (spoken and written)
  • Good analytical and conceptual thinking

REPORT CONSOLIDATION SPECIALIST (RCS-N04)

Responsibilities

  • He/she will be responsible to create regular reports to the management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance from reputable university with GPA minimum 3.00
  • 1-2 years working experience in finance or accounting; Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Excellent command at using Microsoft Excel and Power Point
  • Strong analytical skills and pay attention to detail with high-accuracy

IT LEGACY INTEGRATION DIVISION HEAD (ITLEG – N04)

Requirements

  • Plays a strategic role in developing comprehensive plan in order to achieve the above ultimate goal. Also responsible to develop and transform IT Legacy team to be a new IT team who has sufficient skill to maintain and develop a new ERP in the future. He/she will report directly to Vice President for IT.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Information System & Technology sciences or any other discipline of technical orientation, with strong business background and ERP/SAP knowledge is advantage
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the same position in managing team
  • Very good working knowledge of Retail, HR, Finance & Controlling business processes
  • Clearly demonstrate expertise in project management, escalation, process management and business systems requirements definition
  • Understanding of potential impacts on cross functional processes
  • Hands on experience in: Microsoft .NET; SQL Server database; E-commerce knowledge; Project Management skill (PMP/ Prince2 certified) would be an advantage
