Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor and/or Master Degree with a specialization in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology preferred
  • Working experience : 5 - 7 years experience in organizational development (including recruitment and selection, people development, talent management and succession plan) ; experience in working effectively with leaders and associates at all levels of the organization
  • Depth understanding in business process and strategy
  • Expert in coaching, teaching, and providing feedback to leaders and associates for optimal growth and development of effective behaviors and practices
  • Good communications skills (written and verbal) with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization; excellent in English (spoken and written)
  • Able to handle multiple projects, priorities and problems simultaneously

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree: any major
  • Working experience: at least 3-5 years experience in Training and Development field: developing training plan for any level, training modules development, training delivery and result evaluation

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

RECRUITMENT & SELECTION HEAD (JUNIOR MANAGER LEVEL - RSH N09)

Requirements

  • Bachelor/Masters degree: Psychology/Profession Psychology
  • Min. 3 years experience in Recruitment and Selection; with minimum 2 years in Supervisor level
  • Well known about Psychological Test process and creating psychological report
  • Communications skills (Written and verbal) with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization; must be an exceptional listener.
  • Conceptual and analytical thinking to have the comprehensive perspective, yet the details of the recruitment process
  • Must have the ability to organize and prioritize to meet deadlines
  • Must have a professional, enthusiastic, and approachable demeanor
  • The ability to handle multiple projects, priorities and problems simultaneously.

RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST (REC – N09)

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree: Psychology from reputable university with good academic result
  • Min. GPA : 3,00
  • Working experience: at least 1-2 years working experience in the Recruitment field: conduct psychological testing, interview using BEI model and create behavioral report is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

TALENT MANAGEMENT (TLM – N09)

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Psychological / Human Resource Studies from reputable university. Certified Human Resource will be an advantage.
  • Min. GPA 3.00
  • Has at least 1-3 years experience in managing Talent
  • Advanced knowledge in the organization and administration
  • Strategic planning
  • Excellent English both verbal and written
  • Office related computer applications is required

COMPENSATION AND BENEFIT (CNB – N09)

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree from Economics, Tax Brevet as a value added.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as Payroll Specialist/Compensation & Benefit Specialist
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and accuracy
  • Have a good ability of MS Office (especially Excel least know about lookups, pivot and filter)
  • Able to create reports with both (graphs and analysis)
  • ESPT 2014 & any HRIS system as a value added.

IT LEGACY INTEGRATION DIVISION HEAD (ITLEG – N09)

Requirements

  • Bachelor and/or Master degree: Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any other discipline of technical orientation
  • Working experience: at least 3-7 years in managing IT team (6+ preferred)
  • Very good working knowledge of Retail, HR, Finance & Controlling business processes
  • Clearly demonstrate expertise in project management, escalation, process management and business systems requirements definition
  • Effective in delivering presentations and running meetings
  • Understanding of potential impacts on cross functional processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor and/or Master Degree with a specialization in Marketing / Communication preferred
  • Working experience: 5 - 10 years’ experience in positions of increasing and similar responsibility; retail business experience preferred

Requirements
